Acupuncture
Debbie Jonasson is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to ailments of the body and how inserting needles along certain energetic pathways, can lead to increased circulation to organs and deep tissues. Emotional stress, injuries, the presence of inflammation, cold or phlegm in the body and food choices, are among some of the many things that can cause our organs to not work harmoniously together. Acupuncture regulates and adjusts this flow, easing the body into its own natural rhythm, calming the mind, and reducing pain and tension. In addition to helping with pain relief and injury recovery, Acupuncture is excellent for digestive issues, menopausal problems, depression, stress, sleep disorders, arthritis, skin disorders, and migraines to name a few.
